Hello and welcome! I’m thrilled to embark on this healing journey with you—together, we’ll awaken the wellness that's been patiently resting within each of us.

My journey began over 25 years ago, traversing the vibrant world of private yachts and planes, where the joy of caring for others sparked a joyful twinkle in my eye. Yet, like many on a path of giving, I realized that in my dedication to others, I had unintentionally neglected my own well-being—a vital discovery that nudged me toward the profound world of holistic healing.

Exploring diverse holistic modalities, including Human Design and Body Code, led me to become a Kinergetics practitioner and a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Alongside teaching yoga and becoming a Reiki Master, I've synthesized these experiences into my unique ARCHE healing method—a tailored approach designed to help you uncover and release what truly holds you back from living your best life.

As an Emotional Manifesting Generator with a 4/6 profile, my journey is all about diving into experimentation, intimacy, and trust—think of me as a mad scientist with a heart! With my defined root, sacral, solar plexus, and throat chakras, I ride the emotional waves like a pro surfer, bracing for life’s surprises while staying true to my authentic self (and adding a bit of humor along the way).

In my practice, I honor the wisdom held within our emotional centers, offering you the opportunity to overcome barriers such as anxiety, heartbreak, fears, allergies, and physical pain—all while stepping into the radiant light of inner peace. Remarkably, many clients have reported transformative results in just a few sessions.

In 2021, I discovered my happy place in beautiful Whitefish, Montana. As I continued supporting my online clients, I manifested my dream of creating an in-person sanctuary that beautifully marries the healing warmth of infrared sauna therapy with energy healing—an oasis during our crisp, cold winters.

I believe wholeheartedly that true healing is a nourishing and empowering journey. It gently guides us to shed the weight of our pasts, reminiscent of my subconscious gate 55, prompting an invitation into the unknown and transformative energy!
