Wellness Wake Up
I am a local resident in Whitefish, MT that met Lesley at yoga. I recently had some stressful life events come up and was able to take time for a sauna session and chakra reading at the Wellness Wake Up Whitefish. I have done a lot of holistic therapies to date but this one was really special.
Lesley welcomes you into a treatment room that is very cozy and well kept. The infrared sauna treatment almost immediately helped relax my muscles and undo some of the stress I was experiencing (including some aches and pains).I did a chakra reading as part of the treatment and didn't even realize I was being treated simultaneously until after the fact.
Lesley has an intuitive gift and a way about her that offers immediate healing (as well as empathy and kindness for any situation). Also, I experienced a positive vibration that has helped improve and remove some of the obstacles I was experiencing after the session. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much Lesley! I’ve been struggling with a pain in my neck and shoulder for months. Your session completely cleared it. The pain is gone. It’s incredible! The pain started at the base of my skull on the right side and went all the way down through my rotator cuff area.

From the moment I entered Lesley’s business I felt welcome and was comfortable. The time in the infrared sauna was relaxing with soft music, towels, and hydration. I was nervous about the heat of the sauna, but Lesley set it up to slowly heat throughout my time in it, making it the ideal experience for me.
During my time in the sauna, Lesley helped me meditate while she provided an energy healing treatment. I came out calm and grounded. The entire session was exactly what I needed to release tension and continue my path to well-being.

My dream was to swim in the ocean every day, but I had an uncontrollable fear of the surf and deep water. I was anxious just at the thought of it. I joined a group that swam daily, hoping I'd get the support I needed to get over my phobia. I'd meet with them and watch them all go in while I stayed on the shore as I was too terrified to join in.
Lesley did one treatment on me and I was able to keep the stress levels down, enter the ocean and swim 2 kms out. I've since been swimming regularly and sometimes go swimming in the ocean on my own!! Who would have thought?!? I really don't think I could have done it without you. Thank you so much!

I reached out to Lesley to help with my son who regressed in potty training. We had been making great progress and felt comfortable flying to NYC for the weekend. It required a 3 hour flight and staying in a hotel room. My son’s schedule changed dramatically during that weekend. When we returned home, he stopped communicating and was peeing wherever he wanted.
Lesley did 2 treatments on him and after the 1st treatment he was about 75% better with only a few accidents. After the 2nd treatment, he held his pee for 14 hours which concerned me at first. Then after 2 days of that, he returned back to normal and had no more accidents. He is able to hold it and communicates when he needs to go and will even wake himself up in the middle of the night and go if needed. We are so thankful to Lesley for helping us!

Migraines
I have been having migraine headaches for a while and I tried everything under the sun to try and shift them. Lesley did a treatment on me and a few interesting things came up. Patterns in my relationships with men, the fact that I always put others first, try to please and not being in touch with my own emotions.
She cleared a lot of things that were blocking me and things from the past that still affect my behavior today. My headaches have been so much better since her treatments. Pain
I was having issues with my ankle and had it wrapped as I was about to go hike Birch Lake Trail, a 6 mile moderate hike with a friend and Lesley.
On the hour drive, Lesley treated me in the car to see what was causing me to be in pain. The amount of information that she found was surprising, especially the emotions, fears, and beliefs that were stored in my male reproductive system as well as in my ankle and other parts of my body!
As we parked at the trailhead, the pain in my ankle was gone. I removed my wrap and did not feel any pain while hiking. A few days later, I hiked the High Line Trail in Glacier and felt great, even as I descended down the steep elevation on my last 4 miles.
I can’t rationally explain what Lesley did, and all I know is that my ankle has not given me any issues, even 3 years later!

I came to Lesley because my dog was coughing quite a bit during the days and nights. He was seeing a specialist and the coughing just kept getting worse. She did 3 treatments on him and he rarely coughs and only in the evening if he has walked too far. I don't want to jinx it but he is 99% better! Thank you very much!
